Robotic Demolition/Crunching to reduce concrete to rubble

SCS work closely with demolition companies and can provide all forms of concrete crunching from smaller Hand held crunchers, and Brokk work to larger works as seen below.

It is a very quick and efficient method for reducing concrete structures with minimal vibration and noise, the brokk can traverse up and down stairs that allows access to the most difficult areas with ease.

Concrete crunching is a quiet operation and does not affect the existing structure, as it is not percussive in its operation. However a hammer action can be used on the Brokk, which allows heavy breaking to be done where the cruncher jaw cannot be used.

The jaw action works on hydraulics, which close together as the pressure builds, crunching the concrete into rubble. The crunching method is adaptable to virtually any job large or small.
