Track Sawing
Track Sawing is a very fast and precise method for forming openings in vertical structures. It is most commonly used method for creating openings such as stairway, doorway and window reveals in both walls and floors.
* Breaches and openings for windows and doors etc,
* Concrete demolition and remedial work
* Effortless flush cutting in all directions
* Angular cutting and stepped cuts /Staircase removal
The track sawing set up consists of a hydraulic saw head mounted on a track system that is anchored to the surface being cut. The head then traverses along the track, powered by a hydraulic or electric unit. The saw is then plunged into the concrete in a series of passes until required depth has been reached. SCS can provide both 3Phase and diesel generators based on location of works for this application.
