Wire Sawing

Wire sawing is a diamond-beaded wire, which is wrapped around a concrete structure and then fed into a system of pulleys. As the wire cuts it is pulled into the pulley mechanism and stored allowing a much greater area to be cut in one set up.

Wire sawing provides us with the ability to undertake a much wider range of concrete sawing applications. It allows us to extract much larger and obscure concrete sections, comfortably and efficiently.

Wire Sawing is used as an alternative to other methods of Concrete Crushing and can be used in situations where noise levels need to be kept to a minimum and access is restricted. Wire can be made for nearly all types of material as seen below.
